Aesthetic nurse injector and certified laser specialist Mary T. Sand, RN, BSN, CNOR, PHN, is a registered nurse and the co-director of Good to Great in Westlake Village, California.

Mary has over 20 years of experience in aesthetic medicine and surgery as a plastic and reconstructive surgical nurse, nursing educator, director of a local hospital surgery department, and in-service trainer for the manufacturer of aesthetic lasers and intense pulsed light (IPL) systems. Mary joins her husband, Dr. Bruce Sand, in the operation of and services provided by Good to Great.
